Recapping Our Busiest Bridal Season Yet

This Fall marked a major milestone for Swoon Styles. Between September and November, our Texas and Florida teams completed 25 weddings, making it one of our busiest bridal season to date! With early morning call times, tight wedding day timelines, and busy back-to-back weekends, the season required precision, communication, and a strong team effort across the board and we’re proud of how seamlessly everything came together. I'm so incredibly proud of our artists who show up and give their best, every single time.

Expanding and Strengthening our Team

One of my favorite parts of this season was welcoming a new artist, Dena, into the Swoon Styles family. As a recent graduate of a professional makeup program, she spent the fall training closely with our team to learn our techniques, our standards, and the level of client care we expect.

Onboarding someone during peak season isn’t always easy, but she approached training with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to grow. Her hands-on practice allowed her to refine her artistry, build confidence, and fully immerse herself in our process prior to a busy Spring season. Bringing on new talent is so important as our demand continues to grow, and we’re excited to see her step into the Spring season with everything she’s learned.

Investing in Education: Team Masterclass

Education is truly at the core of who we are as a team. This season, we hosted an exclusive in-house masterclass designed to elevate our artists’ skills and ensure a consistent luxury standard across all services. The training, which focused primarily on makeup, covered:

• elevating consultative skills

• our 6-step skin prep method for smooth, glass-like skin

• strengthening communication and client experience

• maintaining consistency in our luxury service standards

  
  

This masterclass gave our team the chance to reset, refine their techniques, and learn from one another, something that benefits both our artists and our brides.

What This Season Taught Us

Completing 25 weddings in three months reminded us how essential strong systems, clear expectations, and team communication truly are. It also reaffirmed something we hear often from our clients: brides value reliability, professionalism, and preparation just as much as the final glam look.

We’re proud that our planning, structure, and dedication allowed us to provide a smooth, stress-free beauty experience for every bride we worked with this season.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we wrap up this season, we’re carrying forward everything we learned, stronger processes, a larger team, and a renewed focus on education.
