Luxury Bridal Beauty Styled Shoot: For Anna Be's Yearly Style Book

I had the absolute pleasure of doing hair and makeup for a recent styled shoot with Anna Bé, a luxury bridal gown brand known for their laid back luxury designs. When their social media manager reached out to invite me to be part of their yearly style book shoot, I jumped at the opportunity! I even cut a vacation a day short just to be back in Dallas in time. Zero regrets—it was so worth it!

The shoot took place at The Lumen Room, a stunning natural-light studio in Dallas that perfectly matched the luxury brand’s modern, minimalist aesthetic. The energy on set was calm, intentional, and creative, exactly the kind of atmosphere I love working in.

I was responsible for the hair and makeup on two models, and my goal was to keep their looks ethereal, minimal, and timeless to compliment the numerous style changes throughout the day. I focused on creating a true glass-skin finish, luminous, fresh, and barely-there, just enough to enhance their natural features without overpowering the gowns.

The hair followed suit—soft, effortless texture with subtle movement that brought out the romantic structure of each dress. Nothing overly done, just elevated simplicity that let the designer’s vision take center stage.

This shoot was a perfect reminder of how powerful subtle beauty can be, when done with intention, it elevates everything around it.
