Swoon Styles is a premier bridal beauty service provider dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for brides on their special day with locations in Dallas, Destin, and Tampa. With a team of talented artists committed to excellence, we specialize in delivering personalized and stunning bridal hair and makeup looks that reflect each bride's unique style and vision. We also cater to special event requests such as headshots, photoshoots, content creator events, etc.

Our artists use only the highest quality products on the market to ensure your customized hair and makeup look lasts all day and throughout the night. Some of the brands you will see in our makeup kits are Dior, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass, Fenty, and Patrick Ta. For hairstyling, we gravitate towards products like Kenra, Moroccan Oil, and Big and Sexy Hair. All eye products used are water-resistant.
While we cannot reserve a wedding date without a signed contract and retainer, you are more than welcome to book a special event appointment with an artist to explore their skill set prior to the big day. Trials are strictly reserved for our SS brides that have already locked in a contract.
We offer a variety of bridal packages at different price points, tailored to the number of services you need and whether you’d like to book with Sara personally or with our talented team. Every package includes a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your wedding day vision, luxury skin prep, dermaplaning, custom individual lash placement, and a personalized bridal touch-up kit. To ensure a seamless experience, you’ll also receive a detailed wedding day timeline, a prep packet, and appointment reminders leading up to your big day.

Artists are assigned based off availability and location of the inquiring party. Upon receiving an inquiry, we confirm an artist's availability for both your trial and wedding day appointments. We ensure our brides receive the same artist for both events. Please note that Sara is accepting Dallas brides only, however she is willing to travel outside of TX at her destination pricing which can be discussed if further detail if you desire to specifically book with her.

Once you submit an inquiry via our contact form, we'll respond with our pricing guide within 24-48 hours. If our service pricing fits your budget range, you'll simply select the services your party is interested in from the guide. We will then create your customized proposal based off that information that details your payment schedule. You are able to make a secure online payment for the retainer of 25% of the contracted final balance and sign the contract. After your signed contract and retainer are received, your special day will be locked in! Please note, dates will remain available to other inquiring parties until a retainer and contract have been received.​
Yes! All services are performed on location, meaning our team will travel directly to you for trial, special event, and wedding day services. Travel fees are built into the cost of bridal packages for 2 artists on wedding day and any trial appointments. A standard travel fee of $75 will apply for more than 2 artists working large scale events.
We offer an easy and secure way of accepting payments through our online booking platform - Honeybook. We do not accept cash or check. You'll receive an invoice for the final balance within a 2 week window prior to the event date and payment is due 7 days prior to the date.
